    We will call you to book viewing appointments on any properties that match your requirements.

    Step 3

    You have found the ideal property and have put in an offer of the monthly rental payments. Glenmore will forward your proposal, as well as any requirements you may have, to the respective landlord.

    Step 4

    Your offer has been accepted. Congratulations. We will now ask you to provide references. For a long let, you will be asked for a previous landlord, bank, employee, and/or character references. For a short let, you will be required to produce proof of address and either your passport, national ID card, or driving license. Glenmore will cross-check your references and, if passed, you will pay the deposit and the first month’s rent. We will also carry out an inventory inspection at the property and arrange for the contract to be signed. We wish you all the best in your new home.
