Finding the right property

◈   Selling your home is one of the most significant decisions you’ll make in your lifetime, and choosing the right estate agency will be important to help you with the entire process. At Glenmore, we will provide a comfortable environment, expert services and the enthusiasm to help you sell your property for the very best price. We will deliver professional advice and ensure quality marketing content to showcase your home.

Is a short let right for you?

◈   Whether you are a corporate organisation looking to accommodate your staff, or a private individual looking for temporary rental accommodation, a short let offers you the flexibility in short rental periods, and usually comes furnished and with all the utilities included. With rental agreements ranging from one month to six months, Glenmore can help you find the perfect short stay property.

Benefits of Corporate Services

◈   In a busy corporate environment it can be incredibly difficult to co-ordinate the movement of staff from one location to another, be that within the UK or from abroad. With different requirements for each staff member, Glenmore offer a bespoke service to companies from all sectors which include conducting one-to-one consultations discussing processes, costs and locations, co-ordination of visits to the area and ongoing support.

Consider a managed property

◈   You will want to have the appropriate tools at your disposal to present your property at its very best to the market. Glenmore will provide you with instructions and packages that will illustrate the marketing procedure, and ensure it is attractively exposed to potential buyers.

Making an offer

◈   You’ve found the ideal property and have put in an offer of the monthly rental payments. Glenmore will forward your proposal, as well as any requirements you may have, to the respective landlord.

Offer agreed

◈   Your offer has been accepted. We will now ask you to provide references. For a long let you will be asked for a previous landlord, bank, employee and/or character references. For a short-let you will be required to produce proof of address and either your passport, national ID card or driving licence. For a short-let tenancy where a company is the tenant you will be required to produce proof of ID for those staying at the property and a letter from the company. Glenmore will carry out a background check with your references and, if passed, you will pay the deposit and the first period’s rent. We will also carry out an inventory check at the property and arrange for the contract to be signed.

◈   Congratulations! You will now receive the keys for the new property and you’re ready to move in.
